Chris Swindell started his Playhouse Square career in 2005 on the Inside Sales and Service team, learning the ropes of selling new subscriptions on both an inbound and outbound basis. In 2010, Chris moved to Season Ticket Services, where he now focuses on assisting current season ticket holders with all their theater needs, be they renewals, ticket exchanges, single ticket purchases or general questions about Playhouse Square.

The representative was efficient, had read my notes prior to the call, offered me options, although I decided to keep the seats I had. Also assisted me with a ticket issue which was extremely helpful.
