Kara is awesome! Prior to our scheduled call, I had emailed her concerning an issue with the US postal service failing to deliver our tickets. She had a solution before I could "snap my fingers" She promptly called at our scheduled time, listened carefully to my requests noting that we did not like to drive at night, switched our dates on one performance, swapped shows for another performance, making sure we were in matinees, all while maintaining a professional, cheerful , helpful attitude. It is such a pleasure to have Kara as our contact person at Playhouse Square!! Excellent Customer Service does not begin to describe Kara as she goes above and beyond!

Joey was wonderful. He’s friendly and courteous. He unlocked my account and walked me through getting my tickets which I appreciated very much. It’s so nice to know I have a certain person to call if I have a problem.
